Selection Process
By means of thorough analysis and in-depth interviews we preselect a number of key candidates for presentation to our client company. Our detailed candidate presentations enable the decision makers to focus on core questions in their discussions, thus providing an efficient approach to choosing the most suitable candidate. We are available for our client companies during this process and will also, if requested, provide support during the decision to appoint and in the employment negotiations.
The candidate assessment is the essence of our expertise.
We can draw on vast experience gained in procedures and recruiting over many years – previously in operational human resources functions and today as external specialists.
For further investigation we use test instruments with the following modules: career orientation, personality profile, BIP (Bochum inventory for career-related personality portrayal), MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). To guarantee the necessary objectivity towards our clients, these evaluations are carried out by our partner for assessments.
