The employee appraisal, regarded until a few years ago as the appropriate tool in a progressive human resources policy, has been updated and developed into a performance management tool (agreement of objectives, employee assessment, compensation, analysis of potential, employee growth, career planning). The correlation between the performance-related process of the company and of the individual employee requires a flexible and performance-oriented culture as a basis on which the objectives can be reached. Team and Individual Coaching

  • Conducting evaluations and mapping exercises to determine where an executive is most likely to succeed within the enterprise, e.g. prior to taking on a new assignment, when support becomes necessary on certain topics, when the management level and field of activity need to be utilized and strengthened.
  • Coaching of managers and teams, initially and during a severance process.
